"I was very pleased with my service. Ron the technician came within 10 minutes of calling to get rid of a yellow Jacket nest near a stump in my yard. Ron was very friendly and efficient. It was going to rain later and he was concerned the rain would make the chemicals ineffective and was prompt in letting me know if it didn’t take effect due to the rain he would come back at no extra charge to complete the job. I needed it done immediately due to allergies and was so thankful that Dependable pest solutions were prompt. I highly recommend them. Ron was friendly and professional. Very understanding and empathetic to the situation. I would give the company another call in a heartbeat. "
